- 10 ஆம் வகுப்பு, +2, டிப்ளோமா அல்லது பட்டம் பெற்ற விதவைகளுக்கு இந்த உதவி வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

திட்டத்தின் குறிக்கோள்
- விதவை தாய்மார்களின் மகள்களின் திருமணதிற்கு உதவுதல் மற்றும் அந்த விதவை தாய்மார்களின் மகள்களின் கல்வி நிலையை மேம்படுத்துதல்.
வழங்கப்படும் உதவி மற்றும் தகுதி
- ரூ .25,000 / – மற்றும் 8 கிராம் தங்க நாணயம்.
- மணமகள் 10 ஆம் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் அல்லது கல்வித் தகுதி தேவையில்லை.
- மணமகள் 18 வயதையும் , மணமகன் திருமண நேரத்தில் 21 வயதையும் பூர்த்தி செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
- ஏழை விதவையின் ஒரு மகள் மட்டுமே இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு தகுதியுடையவர்.
- திருமணத்திற்கு 40 நாட்களுக்கு முன்னர் விண்ணப்பம் அளிக்க வேண்டும் அல்லது தவிர்க்க முடியாத சூழ்நிலைகளில் திருமணத்திற்கு ஒரு நாளுக்கு முன்பாவது விண்ணப்பம் அளிக்க வேண்டும்.

- விதவை தாய்மார்களின் மகள்களின் திருமணதிற்கு உதவுதல் மற்றும் அந்த விதவை தாய்மார்களின் மகள்களின் கல்வி நிலையை மேம்படுத்துதல்.
வழங்கப்படும் நிதி மற்றும் தகுதி
- ரூ .50,000 / – மற்றும் 8 கிராம் தங்க நாணயம்.
- மணமகள் திருமண நேரத்தில், பட்டம் / டிப்ளோமா தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
- மணமகள் 18 வயதையும் , மணமகன் திருமண நேரத்தில் 21 வயதையும் பூர்த்தி செய்திருக்க வேண்டும். ஏழை விதவையின் ஒரு மகள் மட்டுமே இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு தகுதியுடையவர்.
- திருமணத்திற்கு 40 நாட்களுக்கு முன்னர் விண்ணப்பம் அளிக்க வேண்டும் அல்லது தவிர்க்க முடியாத சூழ்நிலைகளில் திருமணத்திற்கு ஒரு நாளுக்கு முன்பாவது விண்ணப்பம் அளிக்க வேண்டும்.
- The E.V.R. Maniyammaiyar, Memorial Widow Daughter’s Marriage Assistance Scheme is being implemented by the Tamil Nadu Government to improve the educational status of the poor girls.
- The assistance is given to girls who have completed 10th Standard, +2, Diploma or Degree.
SCHEME – I
Objectives of the Schemes
- To help the poor mothers who are widows by providing financial assistance for their daughter’s married and to promote the educational status of poor girls.
Assistance Provided and eligibility
- Cheque of Rs.25,000/- and gold coin of 8 grams.
- The bride should have passed 10th or no education qualification required.
- The bride should have completed 18 years and the bridegroom should have completed 21 years at the time of marriage. Only one daughter of the poor widow is eligible.
- The application should be received before 40 days or at least one day prior to the marriage in case of unavoidable circumstances.
