2. இந்திய அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டத்தின் 21 மற்றும் 21 A ஆகிய சரத்துக்கள் “உயிர் வாழ்வதற்கான உரிமை, தனிப்பட்ட சுதந்திரம் மற்றும் அடிப்படைக் கல்விக் உரிமைகளைப்” பேணுவதற்கு உத்திரவாதமளிக்கின்றன
3. “செழுமை அடுக்கினர்” எனும் கருத்தானது முதன் முதலில் இந்திராசகானி VS இந்திய யூனியன் வழக்கில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.
4. இந்திய பாராளுமன்றம் செயலாட்சி அலுவலர் மீது தனது நிதிசார்ந்த கட்டுப்பாட்டை இந்திய தலைமை கணக்கு மற்றும் தணிக்கை அலுவலர் வழியே கண்காணிக்கின்றது.
